1. General


The following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) are valid between you and UNNAVERSE AB, reg. no. 556820-7897 (“UNNA”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and apply to all use of and orders placed on UNNA’s website, www.UNNA.com (the "Website"), and orders made by telephone or e-mail with UNNA’s Customer Care.

 

By visiting the Website and/or making a purchase on the Website and thereby engaging in our “Service”, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions, including additional terms and conditions referenced herein and/or made available by hyperlink, e.g. the Privacy Policy. Please ensure you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions before you place an order.

 

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the Website, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms and Conditions e are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms and Conditions..

 

UNNA reserves the right to update, revise or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. You can review the most current version of the Terms and Conditions on this page. The date of the latest update is found in the final section of the Terms and Conditions.  It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

 

The Website is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

 

2. Co-Creator program

 

On the Website, you can choose to sign up for our Co-Creator program(“Co-Creator”, “Community”). If you choose to sign up, information that you provide will be stored in accordance with the Privacy policy

 

The Co-Creator program is personal and will be registered on your email address when you sign up on the Website. You must be at least 16 years old to sign up for the program. The Co-Creator program is free of charge.

 

When you sign up to become a Co-Creator, you may receive the following services and advantages:

2.1 Invitations to special events and promotions:

Information regarding these events and promotions will be shared with you via email, your social media account or other messenger services.

2.2 Invitations to participate in surveys, product evaluations etc.

As a Co-Creator, you may receive invitations to participate in surveys, testing products and giving feedback, and comment on future product development. These requests will be shared with you via email, your social media account or other messenger services. 

2.3 Profiled marketing:

We may provide you with profiled marketing offers based on your earlier purchases with us, and information regarding your clothing/shopping preferences that you have voluntarily shared with us through the sign-up form, surveys or similar.

2.4 Invitation to become part of UNNA’s Close friend list on Instagram

 

If you no longer want to be part of the community or update your preferences within the community settings, you can send an email to customercare@unna.com.

 

3. Products


UNNA does not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in stock or available for purchase and reserve our right to stop selling a product. Products purchased on the Website are subject to return or exchange according to our Return policy, see more on right of withdrawal under point 11 below.

 

UNNA aims to always describe and represent the products on the Website as accurately as possible. However, please note that due to the color settings of your computer, the colors of the products shown in the pictures on the Website can differ somewhat from their actual colors. UNNA cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.

 

We reserve the right to discontinue a product at any time.

 

4. Prices

 

Upon your first visit to the Website, a pop-up window will appear and request that you confirm your location and currency. You can also update your preferred currency at any time in the footer of the website. Prices on the Website are shown in either Swedish kronor (SEK), British Pounds (GBP), Canadian Dollars (CAD), Danish kronor (DKK), Euro (EUR), Japanese yen (JPY), Norweigan kronor (NOK), South Korean Won (KRW),  or US Dollars (USD), depending on where you are visiting the Website from. Prices and delivery costs are shown including VAT within the EU, Norway and UK. 

 

The prices and delivery costs shown on the Website may vary from time to time and UNNA is not bound by the price until we have accepted the order by sending the shipping confirmation to you. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice at any time.

 

Please note that delivery costs are not included in the prices for the products. The delivery costs are shown in connection with the shipping methods in the checkout.

 

If you have placed an order and the price has changed before we have accepted your order, see section 7, we will notify you by email about the price change and give you the option to place a new order with the new price or cancel the old order. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be cancelled. UNNA always reserves the right to cancel any order prior to our acceptance of the order. If we already have received payment for a cancelled order the amount will be repayed to you. Please note that UNNA may cancel your order even if it has been accepted by us under the condition that you realize or should have realized that the price information was incorrect.

 

 

5. Placing an order


Please ensure that you have read and understand the Terms and Conditions before you place an order. To place an order on the Website, you must be at least the age of majority in the country, state or province that you are located in. UNNA reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

 

Before you place your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided, the total price of your order and correct any incorrect information. Please note that products in your cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until your order has been placed at checkout, processed, and accepted by UNNA. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and billing information for all purchases made on the Website.

 

Prolonged inactivity may cause your connection to the Website to fail, and your selection of products to be lost. In that case, you will be required to re-enter your selection of products to the shopping bag.

 

If you have issues with placing an order on the Website, please contact UNNA Customer Care at customercare@unna.com. If you have placed an order that you wish to cancel, please contact UNNA Customer Care at customercare@unna.com and we will issue a refund or cancel your invoice. Please note that we are unable to cancel an order once it has started to be processed by our warehouse.

 

6. Order confirmation

Once you have placed your order, UNNA will send you an automatic order confirmation via email or SMS to confirm that your order has been received and that we will start to control the availability of the product(s). Please note that the order confirmation email is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of the order.

 

 

7. Acceptance and shipping confirmation

 

Please note that all orders placed on the Website are subject to acceptance by UNNA. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our discretion, choose to not accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
 

8. UNNA Factory

 

With UNNA Factory, we offer you the opportunity to purchase directly from our factory. The aim of UNNA Factory is to reduce over-production and produce only what our customers need and want. UNNA Factory is only open during specific periods and all purchases of Factory products are made on a pre-order basis. Placing a pre-order for a Factory product will imply a significantly longer delivery time than regular orders, the expected delivery window will be specified on the product page of the Factory product. Placing a pre-order for a Factory product will not guarantee that you will receive the product as the service is dependent on enough customer interest to validate going into production of that specific product. UNNA is under no obligation to offer any compensation other than the amount paid by you when placing the pre-order, should your pre-order product not be produced or delivered to you. The customer benefit of UNNA Factory is a lower price point and contributing to less over-production. 

 

9. Shipping and delivery

 

We ship all orders from our warehouse location in Sweden. We ship internationally and the countries we are currently able to ship to are listed here. We offer different shipping methods depending on your needs and you can find estimated delivery times and shipping costs listed per region here.

 

Dispatch of orders may take up to 7 business days but we aim to process and ship all orders within 2 business days from when you placed your order. Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and commence from the date of dispatch. The delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. Please note that we are unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse. If UNNA would fail to deliver your order within 30 days, you may have the right to cancel the purchase.

 

 

Your order will be delivered to your local delivery point or to your home depending on your chosen delivery method. A delivery notification will be sent via SMS when your package is ready to be collected or delivered to your home. All orders are fully traceable by clicking on "View my order" in your order confirmation email or the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email.

The payment provider on the Website is Shopify Payments, a payment service provided by Shopify International Ltd.

When paying with a credit card, the purchase amount is reserved on your card once you receive the order confirmation and is debited once UNNA has accepted your order by sending you the shipping confirmation. 

 

Payments are made in SEK for shipments to Sweden, DKK for shipments to Denmark, NOK for shipments to Norway, EUR for shipment within the European Union, GBP for shipments to the UK, USD for shipments to the US, JPY for shipments to Japan, KRW for shipments to South Korea and CAD for shipments to Canada. 

 

We are not responsible for any charges or penalties which may be imposed by the payment provider as result of payment being processed in respect of your order.

 

 

11. Right of withdrawal and returns

 

You are entitled to withdraw your purchase by submitting or sending notice thereof to UNNA within 14 days of the date on which you have received the product. The notice may be sent in different ways. Preferably, you can use our Return management platform. You can also use the standard form that can be found at Konsumentverket's website. You may also send us a letter or an e-mail including information that you will withdraw or exchange your purchase. If you send us an email, we will send you a confirmation upon receiving your notice. Please always refer to your order number in you communication with us. You may wish to keep a copy of your cancellation notification for your own records.

 

Please send the withdrawal notice to UNNA, Krukmakargatan 29, 118 51 Stockholm, Sweden or by email to customercare@unna.com.

 

If you choose to withdraw your purchase in accordance with the above terms, UNNA will issue a refund of the amount paid to UNNA excluding the original shipping cost you have paid for the delivery from UNNA to you. UNNA currently offer a free return service in Sweden only. For purchases made within Sweden, UNNA will pay the shipping cost for returning the products in accordance with your right of withdrawal and exchange. Please use our Return management portal to facilitate easy handling of this process. For international purchases, please note that you must pay the shipping cost for returning the products in accordance with the Return policy, UNNA has no obligation to pay such costs.

 

 

12. Return confirmation


If you submit a return request through our Returns management platform, UNNA will send you an automatic return confirmation via email or SMS to confirm that your request has been received and that you may proceed with the return shipment of your order to the UNNA warehouse. Please note that the return confirmation email is an acknowledgement that we have received your return request and is not an acceptance of the return. Once your returned package has been received at the UNNA warehouse, our personnel will check that the return complies with out Return policy and then approve or deny the refund.

Copyright in the documents provided in this Website (including, without limitation, the trademarks of UNNA logos, graphics, text, photos, designs, logos, icons, images, data and software) are owned by or licensed to UNNA and its affiliates. You are authorized to use this material only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may download, print and store copies of this material for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided this Copyright Permission Notice is included in all such copies. You may not charge anyone for use of the material, and you may not publish, duplicate or otherwise distribute the material to others without prior consent from UNNA. You may not modify the material in any way, without the prior written permission of the copyright owner. Except as expressly stated in this legal notice, no rights or licenses to the material, or any portion thereof, shall be granted or implied.

UNNA’s trademarks include but are not limited to the UNNA name and logo. Please note that your use of this Website does not grant you any rights to use our trademarks.

 

 

15. Information on the Website

 

UNNA cannot guarantee that the information on the Website does not contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to update and correct all content and information on the Website without prior notice.

 

Part of the services provided through the Website are maintained by third party operators. In situations where UNNA acts as agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. UNNA cannot be held responsible for any damage caused from using the Website or, for that matter, not being able to use the Website. UNNA cannot guarantee problem-free, uninterrupted, and secure access to the Website.

The Website may contain links to third-party Websites beyond our control. We cannot be held liable for content or privacy policies of such Websites.

 

 

17. UNNA responsibility

 

UNNA liabilities to you are limited in each separate case to these Terms and Conditions unless otherwise is stipulated by law. In no case whatsoever will UNNA assume any liability for indirect damages such as loss of profit or in case of force majeure such as war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. UNNA's liabilities to you will never exceed your total purchase amount for each order. In case of force majeure, UNNA's obligations will be suspended. The contract between you and UNNA can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by UNNA.
