Refund policy
UNNA.com offers a 30 day return policy from when you placed the order. If you've placed a pre-order, returns are available 30 days from the shipment date.
Please note that a return fee will be deducted from your refund/debited from the original order amount. The amount deducted for your return is listed at the bottom of this page.
All returned styles must be unworn in their original condition with all original tags still attached to be eligible for return. If you need to make a claim due to damaged or faulty merchandise please inform UNNA customer care at customercare@unna.com as soon as possible within delivery of your order.
We recommend returning your order in the original packaging, if this is not possible, please ensure your selected packing is protective and securely sealed to avoid any damage to the product.
Exchanges
If you want to make an exchange, please return the style according to the steps below and place a new order.
Return process
1. Click the link in your order confirmation email to reach the return form, or click here.
2. Fill in your order information.
3. Choose which product(s) you wish to return
4. Specify the return reason.
5. Once the return form is filled in, you'll receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to proceed with returning your order to the UNNA warehouse.
6. Place the product(s) you wish to return in the original packaging and ensure it's securely sealed.
a) for Swedish orders: When registering your return you will receive a return label automatically to your email. Put the label on the package and drop the parcel off at your closest DHL Service Point.
b) EU: When registering your return you will receive a return label automatically to your email. Put the label on the package and drop the parcel off at your closest UPS Access Point.
c) Outside the EU: When registering your return you will receive a return label and commercial invoice automatically to your email. Put the label on the package and drop the parcel off at your closest UPS Access Point.
7. Once the return has arrived at the UNNA warehouse, please allow up to a week for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. If you paid by credit or debit card, please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to be transferred back.
